This guided experience goes beyond simply observing wildlife — it allows guests to listen, learn, and interact with the birds that call The Retreat home.
Using binoculars and modern bird-identification technology, guests will learn how to recognize local and migratory birds not only by sight, but by their unique songs and calls. With the help of advanced audio tools, guests can then call the birds back, creating an extraordinary, up-close experience as birds respond and come directly to the area.
This is a peaceful, educational, and unforgettable activity perfect for nature lovers of all ages.

Absolutely! Your corporate retreat can be whatever you want it to be. We are here to help if needed. Add outdoor activities for fun.
They have plenty of seating for large groups inside and outside and live music. Order the food and drinks at the bars, and when your buzzer goes off, you pick up your order. Jalepeno Margs + Queso at Hondo's cant be beat.
Hill & Vine is a favorite but they don't allow reservations or or walk-in groups of 8 or more. You need to call them and possibly sit in their outdoor dining. If you can get in, this would be the best place.
Backwoods BBQ is huge and has excellent bbq. Its self-serve where you stand in line and point to what you want, pay then grab a seat. No need to call ahead for groups of 20-30+.
You can expect consistently good Mexican Food at Tequila Jalisco. They serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Give Brandon a call to give him a heads up on the amount of people you will have in your group, and they will prepare your large table for you. The welcome parties!
Tasty Upscale BBQ. Call ahead. Happy Hour is Wednesday to Sunday 3-6pm
Enjoy their happy hour menu only for Dine-in at Mesquite at the Warehouse!
If you want good German food with tons of seating and great frozen drinks, Auslander is your place. Its on Main Street and if you dont finish your Peach Bellini, they will give you a to-go cup as you go window shopping and sipping. Always call ahead for large groups.
