Venue & Event Setup

● Use of The Retreat for your engagement photo session (photographer not included)

● Ceremony beneath the Grand Limestone Arch

● Complete ceremony setup

● Reception setup beneath the Grand Patio or on the lawn

● On-site venue host for four hours (venue host is not a wedding planner)

● Reception cleanup and breakdown of tables and chairs

Tables, Seating & Décor

● Two 16-foot alderwood tables seating up to 40 guests, filled first

● Up to ten 6-foot round tables

● Three 6-foot rectangular tables

● Up to 100 white folding chairs

● White Table linens

● Candles and votives with water and individual roses for the alderwood tables

$6,000 for up to 25 guests

Each additional guest is $50 per person. This package requires a minimum guest count of 25.
