120 acres with the most beautiful hill country views where Longhorns & Nigerian Dwarf Goats are bred boasting up to seven farmhouses ranging from one to twenty-two bedrooms. Host weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats and more for up to 60 guests. 

While Longhorn and Dwarf Goats are bred at The Sanctuary, the 120 acres is a sanctuary for a large Black Buck Antelope herd from India and White Tail Deer with occasional Indian Axis Deer. Raccoons, Armadillos, Jackrabbits, Ringtails, Hawks, Turkeys and Turkey Vultures. Rent a golf cart to explore.
