Caterers cooking on site and serving three types of meat, three sides, 2 large jugs of nonalcoholic beverages, 2 or 3 tier white smooth wedding cake with organic flowers cascading down one side, wedding planner, on site-venue host and day of coordinator for 7 hours, DJ for 4 hours, Photographer for 4 hours, bartenders, white table cloths for all tables, gold or black plate chargers, Black or olive cloth napkins, 10” bamboo plates, 6” bamboo dessert plates, black stainless steel silverware, glass water goblets, wine glasses, upgraded florals: bride‘s bouquet, bridesmaid’s/flower girl’s bouquets (up to 7), groom’s boutonniere, and groomsmen’s boutonnieres (up to 7), custom welcome sign and easel, florals for arch and table centerpieces, cream aisle runner, disposable flutes, styling of all tables, prep suites for couple + wedding party which includes welcome note and small gifts for up to 15 king bedrooms.  72” round tables with 10 guests per table, 6 rectangle tables, 2 16-foot long Alder wood tables for bridal party and other guests.  Set up of tables and chairs for reception, chairs for the ceremony, bussing after reception, trash take out and tear down. 

Add $65 for each additional guest including children. There is a 50 guest minimum for this package. A four-night minimum stay is required.
